AuctHouse Privacy Policy

Preamble
RoWorx Studio (the "Developer") establishes this Privacy Policy (this "Policy") regarding the handling of user personal information and data in the Discord bot "AuctHouse" (the "Bot") and related services (the "Service"). This Policy supplements the RoWorx Studio website Privacy Policy. AuctHouse operates through Discord's platform and related APIs; Discord's privacy policy applies to data processed by Discord.
Article 1 — Information collected and how it is collected
To provide and improve the Service, the Developer may obtain the following information through the API provided by Discord, Inc.: 1. Discord account information: user ID, username, avatar image, and guild (server) IDs the user belongs to. 2. In-server data: message content, command input history, channel IDs, and role information necessary to operate Bot features. 3. Event and operational data: server settings, auction/bid/dice/draw records, timestamps, and logs needed to run features and maintain service quality. 4. Payment-related information: information used to identify the Target Server for Paid Plans (direct payment details such as credit card numbers are managed by the external payment platform and are not collected or stored by the Developer).
Article 2 — Purposes of use
Collected information is used only for the following purposes and for no other purpose: 1. To provide, maintain, and update Bot features. 2. To identify and manage Target Servers for Paid Plans (subscriptions). 3. To fix bugs, improve usability, and analyze data for service improvement. 4. To respond to user inquiries. 5. To persist server configuration, process auctions/dices/draws, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and troubleshoot errors.
Article 3 — Retention and deletion
1. Collected data is retained only for the period necessary to provide the Service. Data is stored on secured infrastructure used to operate AuctHouse. Some records may be kept for a configured period for audit, recovery, or cleanup purposes. 2. Users may stop data collection by the Bot at any time by removing the Bot from a server (kick, etc.). 3. If you wish to request complete deletion of data, please contact us using the contact information in Article 6.
Article 4 — Disclosure to third parties
The Developer will not disclose or provide collected information to third parties, except in the following cases: 1. When the User has given consent. 2. When disclosure is required by law (e.g., requests from law enforcement or courts). 3. When necessary to protect life, body, or property. 4. When entrusting processing to subcontractors within the scope necessary to operate the Service (such as VPS hosting providers and database hosting providers), under appropriate supervision. The Developer does not sell personal information collected through AuctHouse.
Article 5 — Changes to this Policy
1. The Developer may change this Policy as necessary. 2. The revised Privacy Policy takes effect when posted on the Service website, official Discord server, or other channels designated by the Developer.

Article 7 — Governing law and jurisdiction
1. The interpretation and application of this Policy shall be governed by the laws of Japan. 2. Any dispute arising between a User and the Developer regarding the Service or this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the Developer's location as the court of first instance, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
