Preamble

RoWorx Studio (the "Operator") establishes this Privacy Policy (this "Policy") regarding the handling of information when Users access and use the website and related online services (the "Service"). This Policy applies to the website operated by the Operator. Personal information and data processed through individual Discord bots are governed by the privacy policy for each bot.

Article 1 — Information collected and how it is collected

The Operator may obtain the following information when Users access the Service: 1. Technical access information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, pages viewed, access date and time, referrer URL, and similar data recorded in server logs. 2. Settings stored in the browser: language preference, display theme (light/dark), and similar settings stored locally in the User's browser (local storage or cookies) to improve usability. 3. Inquiry information: content voluntarily provided by the User when contacting the Operator through Discord, X, or other channels (such as username and message content). The Operator does not require account registration to browse the Service and does not collect credit card numbers or other payment details through the website itself.

Article 2 — Purposes of use

Collected information is used only for the following purposes: 1. To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service. 2. To ensure security, prevent unauthorized access and abuse, and troubleshoot errors. 3. To analyze server logs and similar operational data to improve content and usability. 4. To respond to inquiries and support requests from Users. 5. To comply with laws and regulations.

Article 3 — Retention and deletion

1. Information is retained only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy. 2. Server logs are retained for a reasonable period for security and operational purposes, then deleted or anonymized. 3. Settings stored in the User's browser can be deleted by clearing browser data or changing settings in the browser. 4. Users may request deletion of inquiry-related information by contacting the Operator using the contact information in Article 8.

Article 4 — Disclosure to third parties

The Operator does not disclose or provide collected information to third parties except in the following cases: 1. When the User has given consent. 2. When required by law (e.g., requests from law enforcement or courts). 3. When necessary to protect life, body, or property. 4. When entrusting processing to subcontractors within the scope necessary to operate the Service (such as hosting providers), under appropriate supervision. The Operator does not sell personal information collected through the Service.

Article 5 — Third-party services and external links

1. The Service may contain links to external services such as Discord and X. When Users access external services, those services' privacy policies apply independently. 2. Discord bots introduced on the Service operate on Discord's platform. Data processed through bots is handled under each bot's privacy policy and Discord's policies. 3. The Operator is not responsible for the privacy practices of external services.

Article 6 — Cookies and local storage

1. The Service may use cookies or local storage to remember language settings, theme preferences, and similar choices. 2. These are used to improve usability and are not used for third-party advertising purposes by the Operator. 3. Users can restrict or delete cookies and local storage through browser settings. Some Service features may not function properly if these are disabled.

Article 7 — Changes to this Policy

1. The Operator may revise this Policy when necessary. 2. The revised Policy takes effect when posted on the Service with an updated date.

Article 9 — Governing law and jurisdiction

1. The interpretation and application of this Policy shall be governed by the laws of Japan. 2. Any dispute arising between a User and the Operator regarding the Service or this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the Operator's location as the court of first instance, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
