BitComp
How to use BitComp — guides for participants and server administrators.
Overview
What BitComp is and how it works inside Discord.
What is BitComp?
BitComp is a Discord companion bot for BitCraft Online guilds — currently in development. It shows game-related info via slash commands, embeds, and buttons. There is no web dashboard on this site or elsewhere; everything happens in Discord.
- •Game data: read-only from public SpacetimeDB — no auto-play
- •Not affiliated with or endorsed by BitCraft Online developers
How the UI works
Personal features use embeds you open for yourself. Optional buttons let you share a summary to a channel when you want. Guild features (e.g. quest timers) post to configured channels for everyone.
Planned features
Features on the roadmap — not all available yet.
Roadmap
All planned features run inside Discord only:
- •Quest update timer — guild-wide alerts (roles + channel)
- •Level & skill check — personal embed + optional rankings
- •Equipment lookup — item names per gear slot
- •Profile card — top 3 skills, Claim, Empire
- •Future: Claim tier helpers (Discord-only, under consideration)
Timelines are not fixed. Follow the support server for release announcements.
FAQ
- Can I check my status on a website?
- No. This site is for bot info and docs only. Game stats appear in Discord via embeds and buttons — not in a browser dashboard.
- How does BitComp get game data?
- Read-only queries to public SpacetimeDB modules. No reducer calls or automated gameplay. Bot-specific data (e.g. guild settings) is stored in PostgreSQL.
- When can I use the features?
- BitComp is in active development. Features will roll out incrementally — watch the support server and this wiki for updates.
- Is BitComp an official BitCraft bot?
- No. BitComp is an unofficial companion bot by RoWorx Studio. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the developers of BitCraft Online.
